Kevin Ray Underwood: A Dangerous and Evil Man

This man not only wanted and killed the girl but have her for dinner as well...as in have her as the meal. I am not kidding around here. This man should not only be put to death but kill him in the same way he killed the girl. Maybe we should eat him too.
