USA Patriot Act in Critical Condition

Story from Reuters

Well I have to say that the Democrats (and certain Republicans) don't have the best intrest of most Americans in mind. Wait a minute what about this thing called "Civil Liberties?" Yep you can't violate civil liberties of those Arabs who may or may not have ties to Al-Qaeda. The Gorelick wall will soon be up again and once again the CIA and FBI can not share information.

Here is the breakdown if what is going, going gone.

Section 203(b) permits the sharing of grand jury information that involves foreign intelligence or counter-intelligence with federal law enforcement intelligence protective immigration, national defense or national security officials.

With this gone the Gorelick wall is back up, and yet this Witch (with a B) still runs free and is not facing charges in a court of law. Our goverment officals will not longer be able to share information with each other.

But wait here is more stuff going out the window.

Section 206 allows federal officials to issue roving John Doe wiretaps for spy and anti-terrorism investigations.

Section 207 increases the amount of time that federal officials may watch people they suspect are spies or terrorists.

Section 209 permits the seizure of voice mail messages under a warrant.

Section 212 permits Internet service providers and other electronic communications and remote computing service providers to hand over records and e-mails to federal officials in emergency situations.

Section 215 authorizes federal officials to obtain tangible items like business records, including those from libraries and bookstores, for foreign intelligence and international terrorism investigations.

Section 217 makes it lawful to intercept the wire or electronic communication of a computer hacker or intruder in certain circumstances."

Computer hackers will be protect once January 1, 2006 rolls around. Be ye glad you jerks.

Section 220 provides for nationwide service of search warrants for electronic evidence.

Section 225 amends FISA," this is the court, "to prohibit lawsuits against people or companies that provide information to federal officials for a terrorism investigation.

The civil liberties of wanna be killers is going to be restored. Its this thing called "civil liberties" that allowed certain men to take over airline jets, and use them to distory the Twin Towers in New York City. I hope they are enjoying their virgin wifes in the afterlife for killing so many inocent people, and if not and their burning in hell, thats even better.

I would like to see George W. Bush call an emergency session just like hey did for one brain dead woman in Florida. Will he do such a thing? One can hope but I doubt it.

There's a birthday (or "Christmas") party at the home of Farmer Gray
It'll be the perfect ending of a perfect day
We'll be singing the songs we love to sing without a single stop
At the fireplace while we watch the chestnuts pop
Sleigh Ride--written by Mitchell Parish and Leroy Anderson

For the record Leroy Anderson wrote the music and a few years later Mitchell Parish wrote the lyrics.

Today's Holiday Lyric Line

Welcome to my Christmas song
I'd like to thank you for the year
So I'm sending you this Christmas card
To say it's nice to have you here
I'd like to sing about all the things
Your eyes and mind can see
So hop aboard the turntable
Oh step into Christmas with me

The Lunatic Fringe Goes Mainstream

John Perazzo has a MUST READ piece about certain leftys and were they stand.

Iraq is NOT IN VAIN!!!

Mele Kalikimaka is the thing to say,
On a bright Hawaiian Christmas Day
That's the island greeting that we send to you
From the land where palm trees sway

Hey it has yet to snow in Hawaii

Europe Pitches a fit over the Death of Tookie Williams

From the Pope to the socialists that run pretty much of Old Europe, they have come in one voice to condem Arnold Schwarzenegger for not comming through to save Tookie Williams life. Politicians in Austria have called for the removal of Schwarzenegger's name from a sports stadium in his hometown...whereever that is. Also Austria's Green Party which has an element of power in that respected country has called for stripping Schwarzenegger's citizenship. Well I don't think The Terminator is going let that bug him since he is an American Citizen these days.

The list goes and on goes and sadly Germany (not surprising) is part of the idiots who think Tookie should be kept alive.

Story from CTV in Canada

What is it with socialists and keeping guilty people alive? Maybe its because socialists do kill when it best fits their agenda. Communists like Joesph Stailn, and Fidel Castro have blood on the hands, just as much as that gang banger Tookie has.

Granted the Roman Catholic Church has been constant regarding life issues. Not only would they defend a scum bag like Williams but they also defended keeping a brain dead woman in Florida alive and now her husband is gunning for the Republicans who prevented him from allowing her to pass on into the other life.

This link will show you the victims of Tookie. WARNING THESE PICTURES ARE GRAPHIC!!!

Some MUST READING

Jack Kemp reminds all of you why Bush did the right thing when it comes to NOT Signing Kyoto. Socialism is so wonderful...NOT!!!

Thomas Sowell reminds us of the media's war regarding Iraq.

For Once "The Terminator" did something RIGHT!!!

That thing he did right was allow the State of Cally to end the life of a very evil man. That man is none other than Stanley Tookie Williams.

Let's see now back in 1981 or 1979 whatever the media says it happened, this killer took the lifes of four people. One person murdered is one too many.

This did not stop the bleeding heart morons coming to support Williams and crying fowl over the fact that this man will have his life taken for the deeds he did.

Among those bleeding hearts included Mike "BJ Hunnycut" Farrell, Jesse Jackson, Snoop Dogg, and Jamie Foxx. Also the International A.N.S.W.E.R. and the Workers Party. Can you say SOCIALISTS!!!

As with Neal Boortz who belived that The Terminator would have chickened out but was proven wrong, I too am very happy the socialists lost this fight. Same goes for those "Ed Heads" (fans of Darth Fargo's Radio Talk Program and love him advocating for the Social Democrats) who think Tookie should have been kept alive.

Final Results by Wed or when ever Darth Fargo wants to change the question.

I shall do two of them since I missed yesterday

Want a plane that loops the loop
Me, I want a hula hoop
We can hardly stand the wait
Please Christmas, don't be late.
The Chipmunk Song--The Chipmunks

Let it be Christmas everywhere
With the gold and the silver, the green and the red
Christmas everywhere
In the smiles of all children asleep in their beds In the eyes of young babies their first fallen snow
Elderlys' memories that never grow old

Today's Holiday Lyric Line

Have a holly, jolly Christmas;
It's the best time of the year
I don't know if there'll be snowbut have a cup of cheer
Have a holly, jolly Christmas;
And when you walk down the street
Say Hello to friends you know and everyone you meet
Holly Jolly Christmas

The late Burl Ives and Alan Jackson have the best known recordings of this song.
