Be Careful What You Blog...It Could Cost Your Job

ABC News who did a story on us bloggers, just showed us the downside of blogging.

Some of our fellow bloggers showed how they can lose their jobs if they say anything bad about their employer...and I mean anything.

So if your hate your boss, don't say anything about your boss, nor say anything bad about the people you work with. If you must say something be prepared to lose that job, so blog at your own risk. Sometimes you may have too.

Bottom line. People are VERY Sensitive.

Tonight's Recommended Readings from The Blog According to Don

PA TV: Goal is Israel's destruction

30 Years later, a woman comes forward claiming that Bill Cosby sexual assaulted her. This is more sick than Anita Hill pulling off her little stunt with Judge Thomas. Hey, Hey, Hey is all I have to say about this one.

A founder of this country says that charty is no part of the legislative duty of government. A Virginia Rep condemned a relief measure for fire victims, and a President veto's a bill that would assist drought victims in Texas...Oh My!!! Michelle Malkin side with our troops rather than a journalist who says that his people were threatned by our (and their) troops.

Ward Churchill continues his rant

Last night Ward Churchill was able to speak after all at the University of Colorado

The Glenn Miller ballroom on the campus of CU was packed and some had to watch via close circuit TV in another room.

He still says that the "technocrats" who worked in the trade center are nazis but back peddled on the "little people" like those who clean the windows and then some. Churchill also said that he is not accountable to the taxpayers, Colorado Governor Bill Owens, nor the regents of CU. Churchill says that he works for the students, and nobody else.

As long as he takes money from the taxpayers he is dead wrong in his statement. Also the regents can shaft Churchill if they see just cause for doing so. I hope you see the double standard in this. Let us not forget a statement made by a CU football coach who said that a "female kicker" was not good at kicking while she was accusing certain people of rape. Did CU sit on that one? No way, and this coach got put on the hot seat.

However it seems that if you hate America and what it stands for, then you get a pass.

Political Correctness...don't you just love it???

24's Disclamer

During the last airing of FOX's hit spy drama 24 (Monday Nights 8/9 PM) we heard this statement from the main star of the show.

"Hi. My name is Kiefer Sutherland. And I play counter-terrorist agent Jack Bauer on Fox's 24. I would like to take a moment to talk to you about something that I think is very important. Now while terrorism is obviously one of the most critical challenges facing our nation and the world, it is important to recognize that the American Muslim community stands firmly beside their fellow Americans in denouncing and resisting all forms of terrorism. So in watching 24, please, bear that in mind."

While that statement is true more/less, it should also be noted that most modern terriorists are for the most part muslims as radio talk host Michael Savage reminds his audience. Savage does not take credit for this statement. It was a level headed muslim who said that, but right now I do not know his name. I have heard that this person will be named in Savage's third book "Liberalism is a Mental Disorder."

World Net Daily however reports that the Council on American-Islamic Relations consulted with FOX (who produces and carries the show) on the text of the disclamer that Sutherland would read for the filming of the disclamer. While certain muslims may indeed denounce and resist terrorism in any form, CAIR has been documented to give cover to certain terror groups.

In fact CAIR is a spin off from the group called the Islamic Association For Palestine. According to two former FBI counter-terror chiefs, the IAFP is a front group for the Hamas terror group. In fact current CAIR members have shown their support of Hamas.

CAIR chairman Omar Ahmad has stated that the Quran or Koran should be America's highest authority. This was back in 1998, and its likely that he still stands by that statement. Just like Ward Churchill and his statements regarding the 9/11 attacks.

Muslims should denounce terriorism big time, but CAIR should also renounce Hamas as well. If CAIR does not then they are nothing but bullys that intimdate everyone to Paul Harvey to FOX when it comes to those that show the dark side of Islam.
